Interior questions

What folks ask before booking.

  • How much pet hair can you actually get out?+
Most of it, on a standard interior. If you've got a labrador that lives in the back seat, add the heavy pet hair removal for $45 and we'll spend the extra time it takes to pull embedded hair out of cloth and carpet.
  • Can you get coffee or kid stains out of the carpet?+
Most of the time, yes. Hot water extraction pulls a lot out. Set-in stains over a year old are a coin flip — we'll tell you up front if we don't think we can get a stain fully out before we start charging extra for it.
  • Is the leather treatment safe for my seats?+
Yes. We use a leather-specific cleaner and conditioner — no all-purpose cleaner, no degreasers. It's safe for factory-finished leather including perforated seats. We don't use anything that leaves a slick or shiny finish.
  • How long until the carpets are dry?+
Usually 2 to 4 hours after we finish, depending on humidity. We extract as much water as we can, and we'll leave the windows cracked for a bit if it's a dry day. Don't park in the sun and you're fine.
  • Will the smoke smell come out?+
Smoke is the toughest one. Light or occasional smoke smell, the odor elimination add-on usually handles it. Heavy long-term smoke might need two passes — we'll tell you what we think after we look at it.
